Vibramatic liposculpture is a surgical procedure used to give a general shape to the surface of the body, and to regularise parts of the body that are deformed by fat deposits. Vibramatic liposculpture has the special feature compared to conventional liposculpture that it uses a special machine that uses vibration to facilitate the passage of the cannula through the fat. In this way, less force is required to use the cannula and the risk of injury to internal organs is reduced to a minimum. On the other hand, with this machine, the fat part of the tissue under the skin is selected in a more adequate way, so the postoperative recovery is quicker, with less inflammation and the result is more harmonious and more regular than with conventional liposculpture.
In this sense, vibramatic liposculpture achieves the same results as conventional liposculpture but with a more comfortable postoperative period, with less swelling, less bruising, more regular and long-lasting results and much safer during the procedure in the operating theatre. The results are immediately visible but the definitive result is only achieved after a few months when all the swelling has gone down.

Vibramatic liposculpture uses a special machine that uses medical air to make vibrating and oscillating movements of the cannula. This facilitates the use of the cannula by the surgeon and therefore requires less pressure on the tissues, which leads to less trauma, less bleeding, less inflammation and above all and most importantly, greater safety for the patient.
The results are very good when enough time is spent in the operating theatre depending on the expectations of each patient. Yes, it is very important to use pressotherapy garments to reduce swelling and to finish shaping the entire body contour. The surgeon will advise which type of garment and which diameter is suitable for each patient.
In any liposculpture, alterations in sensitivity may occur but they usually disappear after a few weeks, mainly due to the inflammatory process and the work with the cannula under the skin.
