It is a rhinoplasty technique that uses ultrasound to sculpt the nasal bones with precision, reducing damage to surrounding tissues. This results in less swelling, less bruising, and a faster recovery.
No. It is performed under general anesthesia, and the postoperative period is well controlled with common painkillers. Most patients do not experience severe pain, but rather a feeling of temporary nasal congestion.
During the first few days, there may be some swelling, nasal congestion, and mild discomfort. Rest and avoidance of strenuous exercise for at least two weeks is recommended. Within 7 to 10 days, most patients can return to their normal activities.
An external nasal splint is placed for one week. In most cases, internal plugs are not used, thanks to the ultrasonic technique.
The goal is not to “change” your face, but to improve facial harmony while respecting your identity. It is not possible to replicate someone else’s nose, but it is possible to improve the shape, symmetry, and proportion of your own.
