How Feminizing Rhinoplasty Works
We operate under general anesthesia and sculpt the bone with ultrasonic instruments. These cut bone without damaging the surrounding skin, blood vessels or cartilage, which means a shorter recovery. We bring the angle between the tip and the bridge of the nose (the dorsum) below 180°, and make the angle between the bridge and the forehead more defined. If you struggle to breathe through your nose, we fix that in the same operation.
