3. Response Time

We will respond within one month of receiving your request. If the request is complex, this may be extended by two further months. If so, we will let you know within the first month and explain why.

4. What the Law Requires Us to Keep

The right to erasure is not absolute. The law requires us to keep some data even if you ask us to delete it:

  • Tax and accounting rules set their own retention periods for invoices.

5. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how your request has been handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

6. Further Information

Details of the processing are set out in the privacy policy, and the controller's identification details in the legal notice.
