How the Operation Works
Going in through the armpit keeps us well away from the breast tissue and the nerves that give it sensation, and the scar sits in the armpit rather than on the breast. Placed beneath both the muscle and its thin covering layer (the fascia), the implant has a double layer of cover, which reduces visible rippling under the skin. We use round EUROSILICONE implants with a gel that is firm but not hard, and choose a higher or lower profile depending on the result you want.

The price of breast augmentation covers your preoperative assessment, the evaluation consultation, the operation and hospital stay, follow-up appointments, the EUROSILICONE implants and a follow-up ultrasound.
No. The gel in a breast implant changes shape as you move and change position, just like a natural breast.
A long time. We recommend having them checked from around fifteen years after surgery. Modern breast implants have a silicone shell made of at least five layers.
Yes. The manufacturer offers a lifetime replacement warranty if the implant ruptures or the gel leaks through no fault of your own. The warranty does not cover operating room or hospital costs. No implant is designed to last a lifetime.
There is no proven link with breast cancer. Textured implants have been linked to a rare lymphoma called anaplastic large cell lymphoma, a cancer of the immune cells, which is why France withdrew them in 2019. We only use smooth implants.
After breast augmentation, the implant can hide part of the breast, so a mammogram is combined with an ultrasound. Repeated mammograms can weaken the implant, so MRI is the better option for regular follow-up.
No. If there is significant sagging, we will discuss adding a breast lift, either during the same operation or as a separate one.
